Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern the sale of tickets, guest list sign-ups and table bookings for the events MOMA Bilbao holds at its venue.
This is a translation for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this document prevails.
2. Where the purchase takes place
Sales take place entirely on the Fourvenues platform, reached from the calendar on this website.
By starting a purchase you also accept that platform's terms; it is the party that manages prices, the payment process, ticket issuing and validation at the door.
This website charges no amount and stores no payment data.
3. Prices and booking fees
The final price of each ticket type, applicable taxes and booking fees are those shown in the official purchase process at the time it is completed.
Any amounts shown for information on this website do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Ticket delivery and entry to the venue
The ticket is issued and sent by the means indicated by the platform once payment is confirmed.
To enter the venue you must present the ticket and valid photo ID. Entry is subject to capacity, to the event's opening hours and to the admission policy published in the Dress code.
The organiser reserves the right of admission.
5. Guest lists
Signing up to a list does not guarantee entry: it is subject to available capacity and to the cut-off time stated for each event.
Free or discounted lists cease to be valid outside the time window set for them.
6. Tables
A table booking is confirmed when the platform expressly confirms it and the corresponding amount or deposit has been paid.
A booking request is not the same as a confirmed booking.
The number of people, the duration and the minimum spend are those stated in the booked rate.
7. Cancellation or change of an event
If an event is cancelled or substantially changed for reasons attributable to the organiser, notice will be given through the contact details provided at purchase, and the applicable legislation on refunding the price of tickets will apply.
No liability is accepted for cancellations due to force majeure or to decisions of the competent authority beyond what the law requires.
8. Refunds
Under article 103.l) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.
MOMA Bilbao's specific refund policy is still to be published. Until then, the applicable terms are those accepted within the official purchase process, and any issue can be raised at the contact email.

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the venue that corresponds under consumer protection legislation will have jurisdiction.
