This is a translation for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this document prevails.
What data we process and why
Contact by WhatsApp or telephone: the number you write or call from and the data you give us in your message (for example your name, the date you are interested in, the type of event or your work experience), in order to deal with your enquiry, prepare a quote for a private event or handle your job application.
We do not build profiles and we do not take automated decisions using your data.
Legal basis
Your own request: by messaging or calling us you ask us to deal with your enquiry, which covers the processing as a pre-contractual measure (article 6.1.b GDPR) or as consent given when you provide the data (article 6.1.a).
We do not send marketing messages: this website does not collect subscriptions or mailing lists.
Tickets, guest lists and tables
Sales do not take place on this website. When you buy, the process is completed on the Fourvenues platform, which processes your personal and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
This site never captures, processes or stores card or payment data.
Photography and video at the venue
On some nights photographs and video of the atmosphere are taken to be published on this website and on MOMA Bilbao's social media. Notice of this is given at the entrance.
If you would rather not appear, tell the floor team or whoever is filming and you will not be recorded.
If you already appear in a published image and want it taken down, write to salamomabilbao@gmail.com saying where it is published and we will remove it as soon as possible.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
Providers necessary to deliver the service are involved: website hosting and the ticketing platform act as processors, under the agreement required by article 28 GDPR.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your message also passes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. If you would rather not use that channel, you can call us instead.
No international transfers outside the European Economic Area take place unless a provider requires it, in which case they will be covered by appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries and requests are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
Job application messages are kept only for the duration of the current recruitment process and are deleted when it closes, unless you expressly authorise us to keep them for future processes.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to salamomabilbao@gmail.com, stating the right you are exercising and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
